No two people are the same…
And not everyone has the same goals, so let’s work together to reach your goals. We won’t just center our time together on what you are eating - we will also work on establishing healthy habits, incorporating prep and planning into every week, and finding ways to make a healthy lifestyle fun and rewarding. I offer a realistic approach to losing weight and feeling good in mind, body, and spirit. You won’t hear from me that you can’t eat sugar or you have to give up your favorite sweets. I’m a firm believer in “crowding out” or adding healthy foods into how we already eat, so we won’t be famished when it comes to dinner. I offer healthy snacks to fill you up and supplements to help with hunger and energy. One of my favorite things is to dive into a new cookbook or learn a new way of eating, so let me do all the work for you and give you a meal plan and grocery list that works for you and your life.
